Prepping for the program

Chad and I spent a good hour or more trying to make a menu plan for our first week on the Food Lovers Program.  It was challenging, I’m not going to lie.  We planned breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks for everyday starting Monday and ending on Sunday.  We are going to try some new recipes out of the program and I tried to keep all the snacks healthy.  I’m afraid the grocery bill may be quite large this week.  I’m sure we’ll get better as we go along. 

I’m realizing that we eat a lot of processed food and not a whole lot of whole foods.  This program makes you focus more on whole foods than processed.  I think will be good for us.
