Days 14 and 15

Day 14 was a total bust, the entire weekend was actually. Weekends are hard around here. It seems that after being good all week, on the weekend is when my cravings hit and when we tend to eat out a few times. So I need to be really good this week and drink lots and lots of water.
6:15 a.m.- 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch with Almond Milk, black coffee

9:10 a.m.- 20 minute Zumba workout
                   10:00 a.m.- 16 Wheat Thins and a Cheesestick, 2 orange gummies because Eli doesn't like that color and insisted that I have them.  :)

I can't figure out how to fix the alignment on this post so excuse the weirdness of it. 

11:40 a.m.- 1/2 a turkey wrap (turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayo) and some carrot sticks (out to lunch- brought home the other half of wrap)

Snack (not sure what time it was)- Pretzels and a cheesestick

Dinner- Little ham steak, peas, augratin potatoes

Great going Jess. doesn't matter if weekends aren't so easy, you catch up during the week
