Day 11

6:15 a.m.- 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch with Almond Milk, black coffee

9:11 a.m.- 1/2 an apple (shared with Eli) and a cheesestick

9:25 a.m.- 12 minute Fat Burner Workout

12:05 p.m.- Leftover stromboli and 1 cookie

3:00 p.m.- 1 Airhead and a Granola Bar

7:20 p.m.- Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice

I have drank at least 80oz. of water so far today.  I will probably stop now so I can hopefully get some sleep instead of peeing all night.  You would think that your body would get used to that much water and regulate the bathroom trips but obviously not.  :)
