Chili Recipe

This is the recipe I use to make chili. I have two but this is my favorite.

1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
1 can Rotel (I use regular)
Packet of Chili seasoning
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can Ranch Style beans (Sometimes I use 2 cans because I like the beans)
Onion, chopped

Mix together in a crockpot. Add water to desired consistency and let cook on low all day. Serve with Frito's and shredded cheese!

One that my mom makes:

For a small batch-

1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can Rotel
1 can Progresso Minestrone soup

Mix together in the crockpot and cook on low all day.

It may not seem like these chili's have much in them, but they are full of flavor and hearty.

Cheese Dip

This is super easy and very tasty...not to mention addictive!

Cheese Dip

1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage
2 cans rotel (we use one regular and one hot)
Onion, chopped or diced
Box of Velveeta cheese

Cook the meats and the onion together in a big pot. Drain excess grease. Next add the rotel. Chop the cheese into chunks and add it as well. Let heat until the cheese is completely melted. You might want to stir now and then.

We serve this with Tortilla Strip chips, but you can use whatever you want.
